Delicious savoury Quiches
Our savoury Quiches are made from fresh pastry and fresh ingredients. The filling is a lightly whipped mix of eggs and cream. Then vegetables, meat or fish are added. The Quiche originates from Lorraine, a region ruled over alternately by the French and the Germans. Even though the name seems French, it is actually derived from a local dialect variant of Kuchen in German, meaning cake. The Pie Factory makes an extensive quiche assortment.
